Travel Advice

We understand that the situation around coronavirus has impacted your travel plans and we are doing everything we can to help you. We are currently experiencing extremely high call volumes and emails. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

Please be aware that as of the 17th March for the next 30 days, the UK government is advising against non-essential travel anywhere in the world. In addition because there are travel restrictions in both France and Spain, many of our campsites and hotels have delayed their opening.

If you are booked to travel after the 18th April, we would appreciate it if you would not contact us via phone or email at the moment. We are currently dealing with bookings that are due to travel up until the 18th April and we will be in contact with you 2 weeks before your departure date, if you are travelling with us in this period, to discuss your options. These will include:

  • Transferring your holiday to a departure from May onwards this year
  • Postponing to a holiday in 2021, we are in the process of setting up next years holidays

We would ask that you do not contact us before the balance of your holiday is due, to allow us time to deal with more immediate bookings and because the situation is evolving rapidly.

As we’re sure you’re aware, this situation is evolving rapidly, and we will continue to monitor the situation hour-by-hour.

Thank you for your patience and support at this difficult time.
