Vacination and Testing requirements:

For re-entry into UK

The requirement to self-isolate when quarantining from an Amber list country was removed on 19 July for fully vaccinated people returning to England.. Those fully vaccinated will still be required to complete a pre-departure test before arrival into England, alongside a PCR test on or before day 2 after arrival back in England

But the government said the easing would not apply to France due to "persistent" cases of the Beta variant, first identified in South Africa

The government announcement means that anyone who has been in France in the previous 10 days will need to quarantine on arrival to England in their own accommodation and will need a day two and day eight test, regardless of their vaccination status.

This includes any fully vaccinated individual who transits through France from either a green or another amber country.

Quarantine and testing requirements for children for re entry into UK:

For entry into Spain:

Fully vaccinated travellers do not need to provide evidence of a test when entering Spain. The full vaccination must have taken place at least 14 days before departure. The vaccine must have received EMA approval or WHO emergency approval. Travellers from the UK who are not fully vaccinated must present on entry negative results of a Covid-19 test (PCR, TMA, LAMP or NEAR) within 48 hours of travel.

Children under 12 are free to travel without having been tested.

Recovered persons can also exempt themselves from the obligation to test if they can prove that their recovery from the Covid-19 infection was no more than 180 days ago.

For entry into France:

Vaccinated tourists from Europe can now enter France without a valid reason and without any testing obligations. The rule 2nd dose + 14 days applies (for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine 1 dose + 28 days). This also applies to those who have recovered, up to a maximum of six months after recovery. Non vaccinated  travellers and children aged 11 and over must present a negative PCR test (at most 72 hours old) or a negative antigen test (at most 48 hours old).

Children under 11 travelling with adults do not need any documentation
