It's easy in two simple steps...
1) Make Your Accom-Only Reservation
You can either Book Online, using the panel on the left, or you can with our specialised Sales Advisors on 0870 444 6464.
2) Make Your Transport Arrangements
Air : You can add your flights at the same time as your accommodation, using our online booking engine connecting you directly with the airlines booking systems. Also, on each resort page we've listed the nearest Airports to assist you.

Fly-Drive : Simply make your flight arrangements as above, but rather than taking a Taxi or a Transfer to your resort you can collect a hire car at your arrival airport, giving you the convenience of your own transportation for days out etc. You can get a quote and book your car hire online here. We have chosen Holiday Autos as our preferred provider.
Self-Drive : We can book your Channel crossing by P&O Ferries or Eurotunnel and add it to your holiday account. Just give us a call or drop us an email with your requirements and we'd be pleased to send you a quotation.
Self-Catering Holidays

Just book the arrival date that best suits your transport arrangements
(when availability is limited arrival days may be restricted to certain days of the week in order to fill our accommodations efficiently)
For 2007 our arrival days are limited to Sundays and/or Thursdays, however it's possible to arrive on a different day as long as you book your accommodation to cover the actual dates you need. - Durations
Our prices are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights, but shorter stays of 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights are also available on request.

Your accommodation is available for check-in from 16:00 on your arrival day and must be vacated by 09:00 on your departure day. - Arrival & Departure Times
Prices are based on your arrival and departure being between 08:00 and 22:00.
Late arrivals/early departures incur a small supplement, payable locally :
08:00 to 22:00 Included
22:00 to 08:00 £20.00 (or 30.00€) supplement per unit per arrival/departure*
Arrivals & Departures between 19:00 and 09:00 are outside our local office hours and must be pre-arranged - we will automatically send you the details on how to do this when you book your holiday.
* Applicable to new arrivals from 06/05/07 onwards (previous charge was £40 after midnight)

The minimum duration that can be booked online is 6 nights, however some hotels also offer shorter stays on request .

Can vary but check-in will usually be around 15:00 and check-out around 10:00
For 'All-Inclusive' guests, your All-Inclusive basis ends at 12 noon - Arrival & Departure Times
For our Hotel clients there are no restrictions for late arrivals or early departures, however please bear in mind that if your arrival or departure is outside of the hotel's restaurant hours you will miss certain full-board or half-board meals that may have been included within your holiday cost.
IMPORTANT : If you will be arriving at your Hotel between Midnight and 08:00am your room reservation must begin from the previous night or the Hotel will not permit you to enter until a reasonable time.
Our Twin-Centre Holidays and Scenic Tours are also available as Accom-Only, but transfers between Hotels/Resorts and excursions are not included within your Holiday price.
Airport Transfers
We would be pleased to arrange your Airport Transfers and add them to your booking. We'll send prices and details with your Booking Confirmation.
